- On September 14, 2006, Crédit Agricole Structured
Asset Management S.A. acquired Ursa Capital LLC, now
known as Crédit Agricole Structured Asset Management
Americas LLC ("CASAM Americas"), parent holding
company to Lyra Capital LLC ("Lyra") and Crédit
Agricole Structured Asset Management Advisers LLC ("CASAM
Advisers," formerly Starview Capital Management

- In January 2007, Alternative Investment Research &
Technologies (“AIRT”), an affiliate of CASAM Americas,
which partnered with the Center for International Securities
and Derivatives Markets ("CISDM") at the University
of Massachusetts Amherst in May 2005 to manage and distribute
the CASAM CISDM Database (formerly known as the MARHedge
Database), launched its new website (www.casamhedge.com).
The CASAM Hedge website features the CASAM CISDM Indices,
and permits accredited institutional investors access
to the CASAM CISDM Database which tracks quantitative
and qualitative information for over 6,000 hedge funds,
fund of funds and CTAs.
